Espinosa\u201d<\/a><\/strong><\/span> to recycle used cooking oil and turn it into soap.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-27917 size-medium\" src=\"https:\/\/hotelbellrepos.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/06\/2-5-300x210.png\" alt=\"F.Espinosa\" width=\"300\" height=\"210\" \/><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li aria-level=\"1\"><strong>Material Reuse:<\/strong> We recycle <strong>cardboard boxes<\/strong> from daily bread deliveries by <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201c<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.lafleca.com\/ca\/\">La fleca de l&#8217;Empord\u00e0<\/a><\/strong>\u201d <\/span> to make <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/es.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Mantillo_(jardiner%C3%ADa)\">mulch<\/a><\/strong>. This technique helps soil <strong>r<\/strong>etain moisture, <strong>regulates soil temperature<\/strong>, prevents the growth of other herbs, aids <strong>drainage, and enriches the soil.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-27892 size-medium\" src=\"https:\/\/hotelbellrepos.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/06\/2-4-300x210.png\" alt=\"What is the circular economy?\" width=\"300\" height=\"210\" \/><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li aria-level=\"1\"><strong>Hygiene Material Recycling:<\/strong> We use recycled <strong>cardboard toilet paper rolls<\/strong> as <strong>plant seedlings<\/strong>, contributing to material reuse and making it easier to plant them directly in the soil.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-27900 size-medium\" src=\"https:\/\/hotelbellrepos.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/06\/3-2-300x210.png\" alt=\"What is the circular economy?\" width=\"300\" height=\"210\" \/><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li aria-level=\"1\"><strong>Organic Waste Recycling:<\/strong> We recycle <strong>organic waste<\/strong> from our kitchen and garden <strong>to produce compost<\/strong>, thanks to the collaboration of the <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.baixemporda.cat\/ca\/\">Consell Comarcal del Baix Empord\u00e0<\/a><\/strong><\/span>, which has provided us with two composters.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-27904 size-medium\" src=\"https:\/\/hotelbellrepos.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/06\/4-2-300x210.png\" alt=\"\u00bfQu\u00e9 es la econom\u00eda circular?\" width=\"300\" height=\"210\" \/><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li aria-level=\"1\"><strong>Food Waste Reduction:<\/strong> Through the <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> <a href=\"https:\/\/www.toogoodtogo.com\/en-gb\"><strong>Too Good To Go<\/strong><\/a><\/span> app, we sell surplus items from our breakfast buffet, combating food waste. Proceeds are <strong>donated to the \u201cSterna\u201d association and the \u201cAssociaci\u00f3 18 nusos,\u201d<\/strong> non-profit organizations working for local environmental preservation.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-27908 size-medium\" src=\"https:\/\/hotelbellrepos.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/06\/5-2-300x210.png\" alt=\"What is the circular economy?\" width=\"300\" height=\"210\" \/><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li aria-level=\"1\"><strong>Water Reuse:<\/strong> We recycle <strong>water from air conditioner<\/strong>s for <strong>irrigation in our garden<\/strong>.
